- It is not possible for more than one person to divide the package or subscribe to the same package.
- To obtain the package benefits, the full package is paid before the first session, and it cannot be paid in parts, and in the case of payment in two parts, the package discount does not apply. - The customer has the right to receive a full refund if decided not to start the sessions before starting the first session of the package. - In the event of the customer wishing for a refund after starting the first session of the package, the remaining amount only of the package is due after excluding the granted discount, as the sessions are treated as individual sessions. -The customer is not entitled to request inclusion of a previously completed session in a package to avail the discount. The packages include future sessions only, and this is the only event when package discount applies. -The customer has the right to replace the value of the services or transfer them to another customer within the validity period of the package, before package expiration, with the payment of any remaining amounts, if applicable. -The package must be completed within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of payment, after which all sessions are considered fulfilled. -In the case of a refund, a request will be submitted to the administration, and the amount will be refunded within two weeks from the date of the request receipt, so it is fully reviewed. -To receive the refund amount, only the customer who benefited from the sessions, or his official representative, must be present.
